Returns

  • You are able to return unwanted items within 21 days of receiving your order.  

  • Due to COVID-19 we will not be able to sign for any packages. Please add insurance to your package to protect against any loss.

 

Our Promise: 

  • We stand by our products and service with confidence.

  • We offer guarantee against manufacturing defects. 

  • You must report a damaged, missing, or defective item within three days of the arrival of your item. Please email us at [email protected] so that we can rectify the problem. If you wait too long to notify us about the damaged product, we will not be able to help you.  

 

Return details and products not eligible: 

  • If you need to return an item, simply login to your account and request a return. Once your return is authorized we will email you information on where to ship back the item/items. Please do not ship us any items until you receive an authorization. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item
  • We only issue STORE CREDIT for returns. No refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment.  

  • Orders cannot be changed, canceled, or modified after checkout. 
  • Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of delivery.  

  • Merchandise must be returned in original packaging with tags attached.  

  • We do not accept products that have been worn, washed, or altered.  Postage to return the items will be your responsibility.

  • Shoes must be unworn, without any scuff marks.  

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchanges.  

  • Intimates, bodysuits, and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Swimsuits can only be returned with the hygienic liner intact. 

  • Items that are 40% off or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

  • If your account is flagged for return fraud or abuse, we can’t accept your return.  

  • As soon as we process your return, we will email you a confirmation notifying you that store credit was issued.  Store credit will be issued under the same email that your order was placed with. If you don’t have a Boho Pink account, one was created for you using the email you used when you placed the order.

  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us in 24 hours from the day you received the item. 
  • A 15% repackaging fee applies if the items you return are in unsellable condition that have to be steamed and repackaged and tagged. 
  • We are not responsible for items returned to sender by the USPS or UPS because the address is not found or no mail receptacle.

 

  • Cancelled orders will be charged PayPal fees if applicable.

 

To access your store credit:

  1. Log in to your Boho Pink account.

  2. After shopping, click Store Credit at the bottom of your cart before the checkout page.  

  3. Check the box next to the amount of store credit to apply it to your order.  

 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.  

Priority Mail Express shipping before 1PM eastern time will be processed and shipped the same day. All orders placed after 1PM eastern time will be processed and shipped the next business day.
 
Boho Pink is not responsible for any shipping delays. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages after they are shipped. USPS or UPS will be responsible once packages ship.
