Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unworn, and undamaged items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. If you have multiple items in your order with different ship dates, returns will be processed using each items date of delivery. Returns must be in original packaging with tags attached. If items are not returned with tags and original packaging, a 15% restocking fee will apply. You must report a damaged or defective product within 3 days of the arrival of your item. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can rectify the problem.
Swimsuits can only be returned with the hygienic liner intact.
A refund will be issued as soon as we receive your return. Sale items with a discount of 40% or more are final sale and cannot be returned. No returns will be accepted after 21 days. Unauthorized returns will be shipped back at your expense.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us in 24 hours from the day you received the item.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account and request a return. Once your return is authorized we will email you information on where to ship back the item/items. Please do not ship us any items until you receive an authorization. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Returns after the grace period are subject to 15% restocking fee.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
