- Our refund policy is STORE CREDIT ONLY for returns. No refunds will be issued to your form of payment. Instead, we will email you a store credit gift card that you can use on anything in our store.
- Boho Pink's store credit never expires and is valid on all items, including Gift Cards and shipping costs.
- As soon as we process your return, we will email you a confirmation to notify you that a store credit gift card has been issued.
- Store credit will be issued to the same email address used for placing your order.
- A $10 return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable for international orders.
Return Policy
1. How to Return

- We accept returns 21 days from the date you placed your order for STORE CREDIT ONLY and zero restocking fees.
- Your package must be postmarked within 21 days from the day you placed your order.
- If 21 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot accept your return.
- If your package is returned unauthorized, we will not accept it, and you, the customer, will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

- Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid return label. Please return your item(s) using the provided label. The cost of the label is $10, and the fee will be deducted from your STORE CREDIT REFUND.
- We cannot issue return labels for international orders. We will email you instructions on where to return your item (s).
3. Items Eligible for Return

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Intimates, bodysuits, and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Swimsuits can only be returned with the hygienic liner intact.
- We do not accept products that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items must be returned free of stains, odors, hair, animal hair, makeup, self-tanner, and deodorant.
- Merchandise must be returned in original packaging with tags attached.
- Shoes must be unworn, without any scuff marks, with the original packaging intact.
- Gift Cards cannot be returned.
- If your return request is not authorized, we can't accept your return.
- If your account is flagged for return fraud or abuse, we can’t accept your return.
*** You are responsible for the postage to return the unaccepted items to you.
5. Order Changes and Cancellations

- Orders cannot be changed, canceled, or modified after the checkout process.
- Store Credit Only will be issued if the customer wishes to cancel an order for in-stock items.
- Pre-orders cannot be canceled.
- Purchases made on the Shop App cannot be canceled.
- Canceled orders will incur PayPal and credit card fees, if applicable.
- Shop App orders that are canceled will incur a $35 fee.
6. Missing, Lost, Damaged, Late, or Returned to Sender Packages

- Please report missing or lost packages by emailing us at info@bohopink.com.
- If your package is lost or missing, we will file an insurance claim on your behalf to assist with the recovery process. No refunds or replacements will be issued until the claim is investigated.
- We are not responsible for items returned to the sender by the USPS or UPS due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, or if there is no mail receptacle.
- If your package is returned to the sender because of an undeliverable address or no mail receptacle, we will automatically issue a store credit refund (less the original shipping cost) that you can use to repurchase the item (s)
- If your package has been delivered damaged, email us at info@bohpink.com so we can file a claim with our insurance company on your behalf.
- For any guaranteed delivery service (ie, UPS Next Day Air) that does not arrive on the next business day, you must notify us at info@bohopink.com no later than 10 days from the shipping date so we can file a late delivery claim. After such time, your claim will be denied.
7. Damaged or Defective Items

- Please report any damaged, missing, or defective items within three days of their arrival. Email us at info@bohopink.com so we can resolve the issue.
- If you wait too long to notify us about a damaged product, we will be unable to assist you.
8. Return Abuse

- We understand that clothes sometimes don't fit and that you need to return them; we get it. However, any account with an excessive number of returns within a three-month period will be flagged for return abuse.
- If your return is flagged for return abuse, you will either be blocked from returning items or a 20% restocking fee will apply to any future returns.
9. Exchanges

- Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. You will need to return the item and use your store credit to purchase what you need. If you need the item quickly, email us at info@bohopink.com for assistance.
Holiday Extended Return Policy

- Our extended return policy for orders between Nov 18, 2024 and Dec 25, 2024 can be returned by Jan 16, 2025
Returns and Mail Fraud
Boho Pink has the right to report the following return or mail fraud to the authorities:

- Returning items that have been used or damaged.
- Empty Box/Bag Scam - Returning an empty package or a package with items you did not request a return for.
- Returning a different item than the one you purchased.
