Same-Day Shipping Deadline
- Orders placed by 12 PM Eastern: Processed and shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed AFTER 12 PM Eastern: Processed and shipped the next business day.
- Weekend & Holiday Shipping: We ship Monday through Friday only. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
General Information
All orders ship the same business day unless the item is backordered or a pre-order. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Pre-Orders: If you order in-stock and pre-order items together, the entire order will ship once the pre-order becomes available. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery typically takes between 1 to 8 business days.
International Shipping (DHL Express)
Taxes and duties are included in your total at checkout; no additional fees will be due upon delivery.

Refused or Undeliverable International Packages
We cannot re-ship international orders returned to us. Store credit will be issued once the package returns to our warehouse. For unclaimed or refused packages, return shipping fees will be subtracted from your refund. No refunds are issued for abandoned packages.
