RETURNS
Boho Pink's HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY IS EFFECTIVE STARTING NOVEMBER 18, 2024.
We have an extended Return Policy Online. You have up to two weeks after Christmas Day, which is January 8, 2025, to return an your items for store credit only. Purchases made prior to November 18, 2024 are not eligible for the Holiday Return Policy.

Once your return is authorized we will email you instructions on how to return
Orders cannot be changed, canceled, or modified after checkout. No refunds will be issued for order cancellations. Store credit will be issued if the customer wishes to cancel an order for in stock items. Pre-orders cannot be canceled.
Our return policy is 21 days for STORE CREDIT ONLY and zero restocking fees. Return labels are $10.00 and will be deducted from your store credit. Your package must be postmarked within 21 days from the day you placed your order. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. If your package is returned unauthorized we will not accept it and you, the customer, will be responsible for return shipping.
You must report a damaged, missing, or defective item within three days of the arrival of your item. Please email us at info@bohopink.com so that we can rectify the problem. If you wait too long to notify us about the damaged product, we will not be able to help you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Intimates, bodysuits, and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Swimsuits can only be returned with the hygienic liner intact.
- We do not accept products that have been worn, washed, or altered (free of any stains, smells, or animal hair). Postage to return the unaccepted items back to you will be your responsibility.
- Merchandise must be returned in original packaging with tags attached.
- Shoes must be unworn, without any scuff marks.
- If your account is flagged for return fraud or abuse, we can’t accept your return.
- If your return request is not authorized, we can't accept your return.

Return abuse. We understand that clothes sometimes don't fit and you need to return them, we get it. However, any account that has an excessive return amount in a three month period will be flagged for return abuse. Should your return be flagged for return abuse you'll either be blocked from returning or shipping and restocking fee on any future returns will apply.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning items using your own label, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

As soon as we process your return, we will email you a confirmation notifying you that store credit gift card was issued. Store credit will be issued under the same email that your order was placed with.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items or packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us in 24 hours from the day you received the item.
- A 15% repackaging fee applies if the items you return are in unsellable condition that have to be steamed and repackaged and tagged.
- We are not responsible for items returned to sender by the USPS or UPS because the address is not found or no mail receptacle.
- Cancelled orders will be charged PayPal and credit card fees if applicable.
- Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees will not be refunded for international orders.
