WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@bohopink.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

WHAT IS MY ORDER STATUS?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Packages are shipped out Monday-Friday, holidays are excluded.  Same Day Shipping is available on business days Monday through Friday for orders placed before 1 PM EST. If you place your order after 1 PM EST, it will be processed the following day. Weekend will be shipped on Monday.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address you used when placing your order. Once shipped, you will receive an automatic email with tracking information. Please log into your account for order status information. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours to show any sort of an update within the tracking link.

 

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We do our best to fulfill and ship your order as quickly as possible. There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via info@bohopink.com we may be able to cancel or edit your order before it’s processed. If not, you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELED?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Estimated delivery dates are provided during checkout. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email associated with your order. Same Day Shipping is available Monday through Friday for orders placed before 1 PM EST. If you place your order after 1 PM EST, it will be processed the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST and over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Weekend and holiday delivery is not available, orders will be shipped out the next business day. You will receive and automatic order and shipping confirmation email, so you can track your order. 

Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within one to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch at info@bohopink.com if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. Please refer to this delivery cost table in our shipping policy to check the postage fees for different destination countries. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

WHAT IS YOUR RETUN POLICY?

Boho Pink will accept returns postmarked within 21 days of fulfillment. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed or your return will be denied and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Please ensure the contents of your return matches the items authorized for your return. 

Our refund policy is STORE CREDIT ONLY. Boho Pink's store credit never expires and is issued instantly once your return is processed. 

The following items listed below are NOT eligible for return:

Final sale items, Bodysuits, Inimates, Swimsuits can only be returned with the hygienic liner intact.  All Accessories (Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Belts & Handbags)

 ** If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. If your package is returned unauthorized we will not accept it and you, the customer, will be responsible for return shipping.

HOW DO I REURN AN ITEM?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 21 days after you place your order, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. To start your return please log in to our return portal using your order number and email here. To request a return select the items you want to return and the reason for return. Once your request is approved we will email you a prepaid label. The $10 cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. You will have to return the item and purchase what you want with your store credit.

MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED BUT IT'S NOT AS EXPECTED. WHAT CAN I DO?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team WITHIN 3 DAYS OF ARRIVAL via info@bohopink.com with the details.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse.
